Winter holidays come with an immense social pressure.

Winter holidays are meant to be a holly-jolly time with family, but we all know this is far away from reality for most of us.

What I see in my work with individual clients is that — the people who are most exhausted end of year, do not know how to express their desires or establish healthy limits in family & work relationships.

The workshop is for you, if these questions resonate:

  • Do you give away your time and attention, just because this is the social norm - although deep down you are frustrated, feeling tired and overwhelmed?

  • Are you said “yes”, but actually mean “no” because you value the group harmony/ do not want to upset anyone?

  • Are you unsure and indecisive about what you want?

Know that you are not alone. The patterns we inherit from our families can be so strong that in intense moments, they take over.

That’s why it’s so important to pause.
To see what we suppress. To remember what truly matters. To find how we can stay true to ourselves while staying connected with others.

Join us for this workshop to reconnect with who you are:

Arrive in a space that is just for you: where you don’t need to perform, prove, or fulfill any expectations.

Experience a breathwork session to bring up suppressed emotions that are ready to be seen and transformed. Lead by Joyce, supported by Felicia

Unfold what emerged in the breathwork session so you can integrate it into your everyday life through process work. Lead by Felicia.

Close with sharing and reflection on how to integrate what came up into your everyday life.

Your Facilitators: Felicia & Joyce

Hi! I’m Felicia,
I am on a mission to help people feel alive in their body & relationships.

At 17 I already was interested in psychology, but decided to go the traditional route of management - as I come from a family of entrepreneurs.

But after more than a decade in management positions in the corporate world I understood that I got was stuck in “doing” and “surviving”, aka “practicing being dead” and did not even know how to enjoy life and to “be”.

Today I offer workshops, retreats and individual coaching, drawing from both my professional and personal experience on topics such as boundaries, anger, sex, pleasure, attachment styles, trans-generational trauma.

Hi! I’m Joyce,
by teenage boys are my biggest gurus!

I grew up in a highly competitive environment in China, where “never being good enough” became my silent label. By the time I turned 30, I had married a German man, and together we have two wonderful sons.

After many violent outbursts with my sons, I was shaken…. I couldn’t understand myself, why my childhood was filled with physical violence, but I can’t manage myself from hitting my own children.

That pain became a turning point in my life. Today, I no longer strive for perfection — I choose to live with authenticity.

May you meet yourself again in the flow of breath and energy.

Common Questions and Answers:

  • No prior experience is necessary. All levels are welcome.

The beauty of how we hold the breath work and process work session is that your body naturally takes in and opens up only as much as it can handle in the moment.

Each group is intimate — between 2 and 8 participants — and open to both men and women.

  • The session begins with a short introduction, where Joyce explains the technique and what to expect. Then you move into the breathwork itself, accompanied by music. Each participant unfolds their own process, guided by what arises in their body and emotions.

Joyce and Felicia will support anyone who wants extra guidance, using body mapping and gentle pressure or touch on areas where the breath feels stuck.

The session is followed by a silent break for integration.

  • Process work is a therapeutic approach rooted in the teachings of Carl Jung, developed further by Arnold Mindell and David Bedrick.

It helps you unfold what’s happening in the moment — in your body, emotions, or thoughts — to discover the deeper message behind it.

It’s one of the main methods Felicia uses in her 1:1 sessions and retreats.

  • Each workshop stands on its own, but joining both allows you to go deeper.

An overnight sleep can shift things significantly, allowing you to access a new level of depth of understanding with the patterns that keep you stuck.

    • Comfortable clothing so you can move freely during the breathwork

    • A journal or notebook and pen (if you like to write)

    • Water, tea and some snacks will be provided

  • Yes, absolutely.
