Individual Coaching

I guide women in finding meaning in their healing process so that they can come to deeply experience a soul-led life with self-love at its core.

I work with women who who are grappling with one or more of the following aspects in their lives:

  • Anxiety, emotional loneliness

  • Self-esteem issues, inner critic

  • Addictive tendencies and self-harming behaviour

  • Recurrent sadness, loss, grieving

  • Constant tiredness, depressive feelings

  • Anger outbursts or a “lack” of healthy anger

  • Sexual fantasies and dissatisfaction

  • Chronic illness, e.g. arthrosis, lipidoses

  • Physical symptoms, e.g. tinnitus, stomachache

  • Personal and parenting relationship issues

  • Lack of direction and purpose

My work is for those who want to go beyond the “fix yourself” culture and are hungry for more depth, meaning, and joy in their lives.

I see these symptoms as a way for your body and mind to shed light on the aspects of your life that you or your family had to suppress and ignore in the shadows.

I see these symptoms as an intelligence guiding you toward living your life in alignment with who you truly are, moving from surviving to experiencing life, and knowing that you can co-create a life of meaning and joy.

3 core principles in my work

Trauma-informed: Trauma ripples through families, communities, and entire societies. It lives in both the body and the story. Healing requires working with both the somatic experience and the narrative. In our sessions, I blend verbal and non-verbal techniques to address states of dissociation, freeze, uncontrollable reactions, and behavioural patterns that keep you stuck.

UnShaming: Most approaches to healing are built on a hidden premise that something is wrong with you, and the goal is to get rid of it. In our sessions, we take on an unShaming lens, with the intention of learning to stop fixing yourself, becoming curious about yourself, and deeply understanding yourself. When you unShame, you bring consciousness to the wisdom from within.

Soul remembering: In our sessions, the intention is not only to bring you back to a “normal” state, but to inquire into the message of the symptoms you carry. What wants to unfold from within you? What makes you who you are? You are unique. You carry a seed within you, a potential strong enough to change your life path and the world. Now is the time to embody your true self.

I blend verbal and non-verbal methods

Process work (including elements of parts work, drama therapy, and role playing): Process work was developed as a continuation of the work brought forward by Carl Jung. This approach invites you to pay attention to your inner experiences and amplify them through movement and sound to access the unconscious. When your struggle and pain are met with a loving witness, someone who believes, validates, and supports without gaslighting or blame, you uncover the meaning, medicine, and wisdom from within.

Body work: The body is an integral part of process work, yet I also include additional body work practices to gather deeper information about the root of what keeps you stuck. One aspect is foot analysis, which offers insight into which elements of the body are activated when you bring up a topic and which are out of balance. In certain processes, nourishing touch through the gentle placement of hands on your hips or head can help release held tension or give you a clearer sense of your body boundary.

Energetic work: Your personal energetic field holds information about blocks, unprocessed emotions, and patterns in your life. This approach is very gentle and usually done while lying on a massage table, especially when a topic is highly charged, transgenerational, or requires integration. By sensing your energetic field, I describe what I perceive so that together we can connect it to your personal life experience and uncover the “missing links.”

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Yes, most women who seek my support have already had experience with therapists or have an ongoing therapist. The approaches can complement each other. In some cases, I even receive referrals from psychotherapists who believe that incorporating the body can be a necessary next step.

  • You do not need any prior experience. In our first session, I give an overview of the methods. Based on the topic you bring, we start with the approach that feels most intuitive to you, and as we go, we can extend and combine the methods.

  • My commitment to you is deep transformation. This is why I work only in packages of 3 or 5 sessions, to be used within 3 months and 5 months respectively. Some clients, who are going through intensive transitions in their life, choose to meet weekly.

  • A session lasts 75 minutes. We begin with a 5–10 minute discussion about the topic you bring. Based on the topic and your experience with the methods, we choose an approach to explore it. Most sessions take place on the massage table, where I combine all three approaches: body work, process work, and energetic work. For some clients, however, the entire session can take place in chairs or on the floor.

  • Yes. In most cases, I find the work as effective online as it is in person. If you are not based in Vienna and I perceive that certain aspects could benefit from deeper integration, I may recommend practices such as connected breathing, osteopathy exercises, or Qi Gong to engage the body on a deeper level.

  • Absolutely. If you’re unsure, let’s connect. I’ll meet you where you are, and together we’ll explore whether individual coaching is the right next step.
