From Doing to Being & Doing

Life can feel overwhelming.

Between managing multiple roles and simply trying to keep up with the day-to-day, it’s easy for months, or even years, to pass without truly checking in with yourself:
Am I truly enjoying my life?
Am I building up resentment or regrets?
Am I living the life I want, or letting it slip by?

And when you do pause, it can feel like standing at a crossroads.

On one hand, we live in a society that operates within roles and concepts, rather than in the immediate experience of life.

From an early age, we are encouraged, and eventually conditioned, into doing, missing what it truly means to feel the joy of being alive.

Not only do we have standards for what it means to be successful, happy, or a woman, we also carry ideas about what a perfect weekend should look like, how rest should feel, and even how being in flow is supposed to be.

On the other hand, you are doing your best to break free.

Maybe you’ve tried talk therapy or go regularly go to yoga, yet you still feel unsettled, uncertain, unsure of how to truly live your life.

And before you know it, you are caught again in doing: restlessly searching for the answer, trying to find the one right approach. Because this is all we know.

Most of us were never taught what it means to trust life from within and allow the harmonious dance of being and doing, of intuition and thinking, of rest and power.

This workshop is for you if:

  • you are at a crossroads in your life

  • your previous way of living no longer feels meaningful or fulfilling

  • your outward success is costing you peace, health, or joy

  • there is “no push” left in your system

  • now that life is calmer, you don’t know what to do with it

  • you crave simplicity, clarity, and ease

In this experiential workshop, you will:

  • find language for something you have been feeling for a long time but haven’t been able to name

  • understand why we unconsciously hold on to standards and concepts

  • explore the energetic and behavioral patterns that keep you stuck in doing

  • reconnect with your female body as a portal to wisdom and transformation

  • restore a sense of safety and the knowing that you deserve a life you are excited to live

Expect a mix of insights, hands-on exercises, and questions & answers: an interactive space to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.

A Personal Note from Me

I created this workshop because I know what it’s like to feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of how to move forward.

After spending a decade in management positions, openly priding myself on being the “machine” who could get anything done and handle any crisis, I had my wake-up call.

Letting go of the pride and protection that these roles gave me, from being a high-performing manager to a “good” daughter, and learning how to truly rest, and how creativity and action can arise from ease, has been one of the biggest shifts in my life.

I want to say this clearly:
You are not failing because you can’t think your way out of this.
You are not weak because the old ways of coping no longer work.
And you are not wrong for wanting a joyful and meaningful life.

There is another way, and I am here to guide you.
